Turn almost any page into a RSS feed, and get the latest information no matter how it is published. (?)
Advanced Settings:
To make your RSS feed even more precise you can either match or exclude parts of the page using Regular Expressions (?). Notice: Regular Expressions is not for the faint hearted.
Example: Matching "<table id="salesfigures">.+?</table> will return only the sales figure table.
